NI-HARD IRON CASTINGS
GJN (UNI EN 12513)
They are alloys containing Cr 16-26% and Mo 0.5-2.5% with a martensitic structure containing complex FeCr carbides and a Brinell hardness of 650-830 HB depending on the heat treatment done.
NI-HARD IRON CASTINGS
They are martensitic/austenitic-martensitic white iron castings with complex FeCr carbides and a Brinell hardness between 480-750 HB depending on the heat treatment done.
In addition, we produce the following out of standard wear-resistant alloys of our concept which offer a perfect compromise between cost/wear resistance where a high wear resistance is not required:
Colchrome Plus: Martensitic alloy improved with chrome carbides (Cr 8-9%, Mo 0.3%) and a Brinell hardness of 650-700 HB.
Colchrome:Martensitic alloy improved with chrome carbides (Cr 8-9%, Mo 0.3% max) with isolated perlitic areas and a Brinell hardness of 580-620 HB.
Colchrome Standard: Low-alloyed white iron with chrome carbide islands (Cr 2% max) and a Brinell hardness of 480-520 HB.

GJLA and GJSA (UNI EN 13835)
Austenitic iron casting with high nickel content, 16-35%.
This iron casting provides good resistance to mineral acids and sea water, in addition to heat resistance. This iron casting is also non-magnetic.

Ferritic ductile iron alloyed with Silicium and Molibdenum with an improved resistance to high temperatures and thermal heads.
