We can provide patterns of any kind in cooperation with shops equipped with CAD CAM technology.
We can also provide the marking of the prototypes.
Cores are made with the following moulding processes:
- Resin and Sand up to a maximum weight of kg. 5.000 from a continuous mixer with a capacity of 10 t/h.
- Cold box
- Shell moulding
The moulding is made in flasks with sand and resin obtained from two continuous mixers with a total capacity of 50 t/h.
We can make castings up to a maximum weight of 50 t.
The production of castings smaller than 100 kg., of small / medium amounts, is done in flask with a “green sand” automatic moulding plant.
Flasks dimension mm. 650 x 800 x (220 + 220) - capacity 120 flasks per hour.
We have different electric induction furnaces, of 7÷14 t/cad, for a total capacity of 30 t.
In addition we have 2 other electric furnaces of 100 kg. for research purposes and/or low-weight production samples.
CLEANING AND GRINDING
- 1 desanding shot-blasting equipment for big castings
- 2 hangers shot-blasting for mid- to small-size castings
- 1 hanger shot-blasting for more thorough cleaning of small castings
We have 3 induction electric furnaces with inert atmosphere for heat treatments up to a max temperature of 1.050 °C.
Maximum capacity 4 t.
For higher weight castings we work in cooperation with a qualified and duly certified company.
We can provide a registered graph of each heat treatment, made either from the chamber or from the casting itself.
If requested, in cooperation with qualified and certified machine workshops, we can supply the machining of the castings.
