CONSULTING, FROM THE DRAWING TO THE END PRODUCT
Our technical-sales department analyses customer inquiries and draws up an offer based on technical specifications, the type of cast iron, and the costs of the pattern equipment.
An analysis of the type of pattern to be produced is done if requested.
A project of the pattern is carried out by our technicians in cooperation with pattern makers based on customer requirements.
We carry out tests on sands and loams in production runs, complete analyses of cast irons through spectrometer, metallograph examinations, and destructive and non-destructive mechanical tests.
If required we carry out heat treatments (annealing, normalization, ferritization, hardening and stress relief) with suitable inert atmosphere furnaces. All furnaces are equipped with thermocouples for the temperature registration of the chamber or of single areas on the castings.
In cooperation with qualified and certified machining workshops we can also make the machining of any kind of castings as: turning, milling, boring, etc.
FINISHING AND PAINTING
If necessary or on request, we can coat or finish castings through certified workshops.
If needed, we can make other requested controls and inspections, except RX control, with our own inspectors qualified at level 2.
If RX control is required, we have established agreements with certified laboratories.
Thanks to our IBM certified Software, running on AS400 server, we can produce real-time reports of the production and keep the stages of a project and the timeline for product manufacturing under control.
Our philosophy is to meet customer needs from the initial request to the after-sale phase. In this way, our technical-sales department is also available for customer support after the delivery.
