We are certified in accordance with the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 (certificate IGQ ed EQNET) and product certificates for grey and ductile cast-irons: TÜV SÜD and Lloyd's Register.

In 2011 we have achieved the certification for the Environmental management systems in conformity with the standards UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. Environmental policy statement

Tests are monitored by qualified personnel as per 2nd level ASNT-TC-1A and UNI-EN 473 standards in our chemical and metallurgical laboratory.
Our laboratory is equipped with the following equipments:

	Leco CS-125 used to determine carbon and sulfur
	Fully-computerized spectrometer "Spectrovac Baird 1000"
	Microscopes for metallograph and microhardness tests on matrixes
	Computerised equipments for mechanical tests.
	Equipment for ultrasonic controls
	Fixed and portable equipments for magnaflux controls

Software SOLIDCast ® In a steady research to improve our production, the software SOLIDCast allows a precise simulation of casting solidification . The possibility to set all the parameters necessary to us for each kind of alloy and structure of the product allows us to establish in advance the crucial points during the solidification and to choose the most appropriate feeding and pouring systems in order to obtain a safe casting. .
	Software Archimage ® This software allows us to achieve, store and print the MICROGRAPHY of our castings and release certificates on costumer request.
