Pattern:
In cooperation with modern and well equipped workshops we can make patterns of any kind. It is also possible to make the dimensional control of the prototypes.

Core workshop :
Core boxes are produced through the following moulding processes:
Resin sand moulding (weight: up to Kg. 5000)
Cold Box moulding
Hot box moulding

Moulding plants :
Hand moulding: the production is carried out in flasks using sand and resin poured by two non-stop mixers with a capacity of 25 t/h. Castings with a max weight of 15 t. can be moulded.
Automatic moulding: our small and medium run is produced in "green sand " through an automatic moulding plant controlled by a microprocessor and equipped with a furnace with a capacity of 6 t/h.
FEATURES: flask size mm 650x800x440, production run 120 flask/h, avarage weight per flask Kg 40


Melting furnaces :

1 induction furnace, capacity 7 tons.
1 induction furnace, capacity 10 tons.
1 induction furnace, capacity 15 tons

1 channel induction furnace, total capacity 4 tons


Cleaning and shotblasting:

Rough castings are carefully cleaned and shotblasted with:

Shotblasting chambers for big castings with dimension of 2,5 x 2,5 x 4,5 m., capacity 12 tons
Cluster shotblasting for castings up to 400 kg.
Cluster shotblasting for castings up to 600 kg.
Moving mat grinder for castings up to 15 kg.

For bigger castings we cooperate with an external qualified workshop which has a big shotblasting chamber.

Heat treatment:
When necessary or requested we can make heat treatments (annealing, normalization, tempering) in electric furnaces with an inert atmosphere. Stress relieve are carried out in hot-air furnaces. All the fournaces have a registration system for time/temperatures.

Machining:
On customer request we can cooperate with highly qualified subsuppliers for the machining of the castings.
